This week has been hot, really hot. Summer has declared herself with force and spring is long forgot. I am not a fan of summer but it does speak of brightness and light.

This week has also been about finishing up two blog implementation projects, watching my boys dance (the little one) and play piano (the jolly monkey) at their showcase assembly, working on a new WordPress theme design and keeping the vege garden alive. What have you been up to?

My flickr finds are from top:

P.S. – you can also select my colour lights go on or #FCE329 to see it on my ColourLovers page. Are you a ColourLover? Let’s be friends.

  1. I love that shade of yellow! So bright and cheery.

  2. Not fair. You have chipped paint in all the photos. How am I supposed to choose one?

I love the multiple layers of color showing through in the first one. Along with the rust, of course. I love the weathered paint and the flower in the second. But, oh, that last photo. The large pieces of paint coming off; the crooked, weathered bars; and just a touch of graffiti. It’s just perfect.
