We got our tree yesterday and decorated it in the afternoon. Here is a selection of photos of our decorations that I took while waiting for cookies to bake. We have a rather eclectic mix since we buy 3 new ornaments each year and these are some of my favourites. What about you? Do you have a Christmas tree tradition?
Love these beautiful christmas decorations and the instagram shots. It is beginning to feel like Christmas now.
Our Christmas tradition is my daughter and husband put lights up on the house every year and all the neighbours in our street get together for christmas drinks and nibbles!
We have an eclectic mix as well. Our thing is that we buy a personalized ornament at the Yellow Daisy Festival (did you ever go?). We make the purchase in September, but it’s always a nice to put it on the tree each year. We’ve done that since ’99 or 2000, I think… and we’re only missing one ornament. 🙂
