I love the vibrancy of aqua but it’s not something I usually wear or even decorate with for that matter. This colour really suits my mother and she wears it so well. I’m well pleased with my finds today. They are:
TOP: The Glass Chickadee – Aromatherapy Glass Pendant in Antique Aqua. At first I misread the title and thought it said ‘Apothecary’ instead of ‘Aromatherapy’. I absolutely love the word apothecary but you can’t really slip it into modern day conversation. Is this the 21st century equivalent to carrying around smelling salts?
MIDDLE: Shabby USA Creations – Large Collection of Picture Frames. To be honest I never really got into the whole Rachel Ashwell (is that her name?) Shabby Chic. I do love these frames though, I think they would look great sans art just arranged on the wall. Fortunately for me she doesn’t send to Australia and besides I’m running out of wall space.
BOTTOM: Plonka Home – Aqua Retro Floral 16″ Cushion Cover. I love retro fabrics they just send me straight back to my 1970’s childhood. I sometimes wish I had claimed my mother’s large bag of fabric scraps when they sold the house. I really could have put them to good use. *sigh*

beautiful colour.
So much goodness here today.
You have got me seriously thinking of a wall of empty frames. It sounds deliciously rebellious and freeing.
The charm is wonderful. I use peppermint oil for headaches. I would totally fill it with peppermint oil and carry it close to my heart. It is adorable.
And the cushion. (*sigh*) The cushion takes me right back. I am sitting on my grandma’s porch swing and drinking in my time with her. Thanks for that memory jog. I needed it today.
Very nice. This color always calms me down. I love it.
